Who will review my case?

Ask for the full name of the clinician, meaning the doctor, nurse practitioner or other licensed professional who will judge your case. Ask what kind of licence they hold and which state issued it.

Can I ask my own questions?

Patients who get care directly online should have a way to put further questions to their clinician, the state medical boards’ national group said in May 2026.

Ask for the pharmacy’s legal name and the state that licensed it.

What chemical form is this?

Two slightly different chemical versions are sold under this name, called BPC-157 free base and BPC-157 acetate, and the FDA counts them as two different ingredients. Ask which one you would get, so you receive the substance the doctor meant.
